Ulta and Sephora Haul

I've been going to Ulta and Sephora a lot lately, especially Ulta (they get me with all of their coupons). I've been trying to buy products that I haven't bought before so I can see what else is out there and luckily all of the things that I've bought I have loved.

Ulta:


Garnier BB Cream in Light/Medium

Technically I got this at Target but you can get it at Ulta too. I wanted something light for the summer that had sunscreen in it and still gave some coverage and this turned out to be perfect. I do put powder over it in my t-zone because it's oily but I like that it gives my skin a nice glow and that it stays on well.


Maybelline Baby Lips in Pink Punch

First of all this smells amazing! Like a starburst. Second of all it feels great on the lips and stays on for a long time. It's supposed to make your lips more hydrated, give them a better texture and it has SPF 20. I'm planning on getting all of the other ones too.


NYX Rouge Cream Blush in Hot Pink

This blush is a lot more hot pink in person and it looks a little intimidating but it blends wonderfully into the skin. Cream products are great for the summer because they have more staying power and they look more fresh.


NYX Cream Shadow in Deep Blue and Suede

For the blue one I use a small synthetic brush to apply it because if you put it on too thickly it cracks but it's a beautiful color and can be used as a liner as well. With the champagne color I just use the doe foot applicator that it comes with to apply it and that seems to work just fine.


NYX Roll On Eye Shimmer in Chestnut

This is like a burgundy brown color, it's so pretty and it glides right over eyeshadow or cream shadow.


NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils in Black Bean, Milk, and Rust

I got the black one to do liner and an all over black lid, the white one to use as a base for brightly colored eye shadow and the rust one because it was pretty. I put rust all over my lid and then used the roll on eye shimmer (above) right next to my lash line and it was really pretty.


NYX Ultra Pearl Mania Loose Pearl Eye Shadow in Walnut

This product is a little messy because it's loose but the color payoff is excellent. I put a tissue under my  eye when I put it on so there wasn't a big fallout mess on my cheeks.


NYX Xtreme Lip Cream in Absolute Red

I wasn't expecting this product to be as amazing as it is. It is the perfect red and it is very pigmented. It's like if you melted your lipstick and mixed it with a lipgloss.


Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Va Va Violet

I really wanted a dark purple lipstick and this one is exactly right. It's like if you stained your lips with Welch's grape juice. I wear this lipstick with suede cream shadow (above) on my eye lids and lots of lashes.


Revlon Color Stay Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Rendezvous

I also wanted an orange lipstick and this one is so beautiful and it's a balm so it's creamy and also a stain so it stays on forever.


OPI The Amazing Spiderman Mini Nail Lacquer Set

I like all of the colors except for the reddish pink one ( I gave it to my mom and she traded me a gray one from the Holland set that she got). I have the green one on right now and it's really interesting, I like it a lot. I was expecting the blue one to be opaque but it turned out to be fairly sheer but it is a very pretty color.


Sephora:


Smashbox Shades of Fame Eye Palette and Brush

This palette has nine eyeshadows, two cream liners, a brush and a small eye primer. I could not resist all of the gorgeous colors in this palette. My favorites are the orange (Sherbet), the peach (Honey), the silver (Sandstone), and the medium brown (Praline). They are very pigmented, have excellent staying power and like I said the colors are gorgeous.

 
Smashbox Master Class 11 Meet the Masters Palette

This palette has 28 eyeshadows, eight cream liners, two blushes, three soft lights (highlighters) and four lip glosses. I absolutely love this palette, it is so wonderful. The shadows are amazing, the liners can be used as shadows as well, the blushes are perfect shades for any skin tone, the soft lights are great highlighters and the lip glosses are actually worth using (unlike most palette lip glosses). On Sephora.com it says that it comes with four eyebrow powders but it doesn't so just ignore that.
